A detailed plan was prepared for the 11.918-hectare area, all communications were coordinated, and the plots were subsequently divided according to the plan's decisions. The detailed plan includes piers to the lake and boathouses. A total of 29 separate property units are for sale:
- 11 residential (for the construction of single-family and duplex houses);
- 17 forestry;
